Santa Clara Pueblo Carved Blackware Pot

This handmade black ceramic bowl is intricately carved with bold southwest designs. It has a lovely luster finish that is a traditional burnishing technique typical of pueblo potters. The item has minimal wear typical of a vintage item. *The item does have two hairline cracks around the opening of the vase.* Bowl is signed by artist the full inscription is Ethel Yazza Santa Clara Pueblo New Mexico.
